I)Overview
PYNOT, LLC and its subsidiaries and divisions (collectively “PYNOT,” “We,” or “Our”) implements procedures and practices to protect the privacy of its users in order to safely link potential employees and employers for employment. This privacy policy outlines the method and manner in which your Personal Information is gathered, stored, shared, and secured and also outlines the choices you have regarding the use, availability, and changes to your personal information. “Personal Information” means your personally identifiable information, such as a name, address, telephone number, email address, credit card number, and billing information
By using the PYNOT, LLC website or application (“Sites”), you agree to the collection, use and transfer of your data as described in this Privacy Policy and PYNOT, LLC’s Terms and Conditions that are incorporated herein by reference. You may revoke your consent to this Privacy Policy by clicking here. Should you revoke your consent, your ability to use the Sites will be stopped, and your profile and account information will be removed from the Sites. The information collected on our Sites is governed by the laws of the United States as we store the same in the United States.
Furthermore, please review both this privacy policy and our Terms and Conditions as we will update them periodically. Should a period update occur, we will notify you of the update on our Sites along with the effective date of the update. If this change or update materially alters our Terms and Conditions or this privacy policy, we will again notify you and allow you to consent to the changes.

This privacy policy applies to all information we collect, including your Personal Information, on our Sites. We link to other websites that we have no ownership or control. We have no responsibility for the practices or policies of these other websites. You should review the privacy policies and terms of use of those sites to understand the method and manner of collection of your information and the policies implemented to protect it.
A)Applicability of Stripe, Inc.’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use
PYNOT, LLC uses Stripe, Inc. to handle its payments for your use of the Application. By submitting your payment to PYNOT, LLC, you consent to Stripe, Inc.’s Terms of Use that you should review by clicking on the link. As outlined in Stripe, Inc.’s Terms of Use and by your submission of payment to PYNOT, LLC for your use of the Application, you consent to our forwarding of any requested User Information to Stripe, Inc., such as your social security number, credit card number, name, and address.

A)Active Collection
We collect and store information about you when you use our Sites, including your Personal Information that you submit it to one of our Sites, send it to us, or forward it in any other manner (such as the comments/feedback section). As an example, we may obtain the following types of information from you:
B)Passive Collection
In addition to the information we collect and store that is directly submitted by you, we may also automatically or passively (without your direct submission) collect information about you, including Personal Information, from third parties through cookies or as provided to the Sites by your computer or device’s operating system. Such passive collection may include your IP address, browser type and device ID, ISP, and the files viewed on our Sites as well as the date and time you viewed it. We gather this information to analyze your usage trends in the macro and to manage the Sites. Furthermore, if you use Facebook to share our Sites with another, we may send them an automatic email requesting that they create a profile with us or to visit our Sites. By using our Sites, you allow us to use your information to not only connect potential employees with employers but also to manage and improve our Sites by responding to your comments and concerns and for advertising purposes. Specifically, your use of our Sites permits us to use your information in the following ways:
Please also be aware that third parties may be able to see your personal information, such as through our resume and profile database, and to contact you. Your profile information could be used by community members for networking or may be visible to anyone using our Sites. The information you post in public zones of our Sites or information that you make visible in our profile database may be accessed, used, and stored by third parties, including in areas that may not have the privacy protections of United States law. Again, we do not control how third parties use information that you make public, so care should be taken regarding what sensitive information, specifically Personal Information, you make available to the public and for third party use.
B)Our Sharing of Your Information
1)Profiles and Resumes
The goal of our Sites is to connect potential employees with employers and to share the information each provides to facilitate employment and to increase career and business potential. By your creation of a profile through your submission of our profile form and email address, we put your profile information in front of many recruiters and employers automatically. Furthermore, when you upload your resume to our Sites, you can either make it publicly available to third party sites or restrict its visibility to only other users of our Sites. Regardless of the resume privacy setting, we will still collect, use, or disclose your Personal Information, as well as potentially other anonymous information we collect about you and your use of our Sites as outlined herein.
Please not that, as outlined in our Terms of Use, we have implemented controls to limit access and use of information from our Sites. However, we have no control over how potential employers or other third parties use your information once you make it available on our Sites. As a result, care should be taken in the information you include in your resume and post on our Sites.
Furthermore, your profile, resume, Personal Information, and any other information submitted by you to our Sites may be accessed, updated, and amended at any time by logging into your account and making the requesting alteration. You may delete your account and any resumes by also logging into your account and removing the resume or requesting to terminate your account. Once you make a deletion request, your profile information and all resumes will be removed from our Sites. However, please note that any other parties that have acquired access to our Sites may have downloaded or stored your information while you maintained an active profile. If you applied to a particular job posting, that employer may also still have a copy of your resume and other information submitted. We have no control over third parties’ use of your profile, resume, Personal Information, or any other information submitted by you to our Sites and obtained by a third party.
2)Video Submission
In addition to creating a profile and uploading a resume, our Sites allow users to submit a video to employers to be considered for a job application. We will only forward your video submission to the employer that you select and request. As outlined in our Terms of Use, we may choose to display your video submission on our Sites for the promotion of our Sites and increasing our Sites’ brand awareness. Of course, we will not post any video submission containing you sensitive information.
3)Other Information Sharing Policies
We may provide your information to third parties in order to allow you to receive the benefits of our Sites or other products or services. These third parties may include those hosting our web servers, including resume database storage, analyzing data, providing marketing guidance, processing credit card payments (Stripe, Inc.’s Terms of Use may be accessed by clicking on the link), and providing customer service. These companies will have access to your Personal Information as necessary to perform their functions, but they may not use that data for any other purpose. We may also disclose to third parties information that we have collected from other websites. If legally required to do so, or at our discretion pursuant to a request from a governmental entity or if we believe in good faith, we will disclose your information to: (a) meet legal requirements or comply with legal process; (b) protect our rights or property or our affiliated companies; (c) investigate fraud, prevent a crime or protect national security; or (d) protect the personal safety of users or the public. In the event that we are sold to a third party, you also permit us to disclose and transfer your personal information, after we notify you of such sale. Furthermore, in the unfortunate event that we must file bankruptcy or are subject to other insolvency proceedings, your information will be disposed of as required by a court of law.
V)Cookies and Advertisers
Generally, cookies are placed on a website’s visitor’s computer or other mobile device to specifically identify the visitor’s browser or to store information or settings in the browser. Cookies allow us to streamline the user experience by, for example, permitting users to store login name and password information so they don’t have to repeatedly enter the same to sign into our Apps. We also may use cookies to track your use of our Sites to recommend jobs or promotions. In addition, our use of cookies aid us in administering our Sites and ensuring they run smoothly. Your web browser may include settings that allow you to remove cookies from your internet-connected device, block cookies, or receive a warning before they are downloaded. Should you block cookies in your web-connected device, please note the functionality of our Sites may be compromised.
We also allow third party cookies on our Sites, such as for preference settings, social media sharing, and web analytics. Third party advertisers are also allowed to place or view cookies on your internet-connected device. We allow this to identify your browser specifically and to gather information to target ads to you. These advertisers may also use information about your activity on our Sites or on other, third party sites. We may also permit third party advertisers to scope advertisements directly to you. We encourage you to view these advertiser’s own privacy policies as we do not have any access or control over any information contained in the cookies that are placed on your internet-connected device by third party advertisers.
Opting-Out of Advertising
Again, you may opt-out of certain cookies by selecting the same in your browser setting.

VI)Social Media
Our Sites permit connectivity to social media applications. For example, Facebook’s “like” button and widgets like Facebook’s “share” button are linked to our Sites. VII)Your Control of Information
Remember that your use of our Sites allow us to may retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may ask us about what information we continue to retain about you. Again, you can access, alter, amend, and delete your resume or profile at any time by signing into your account and changing your resume or profile settings.
Please note, however, that your access to, update, or deletion of your personal information may be denied or limited by us if it would violate another person’s rights and/or as otherwise permitted by applicable law. If you wish to delete your account information altogether, please contact us. We will send you an email to confirm that your personal information has been deleted. We will retain an archival record of your account activity, but it does not contain personal information and is not accessible by you or third parties on the Internet). We will also keep logs and information that may relate to your activity on the site.
VIII)Resume Tips – Protect Your Private Information!
Your posting of a resume to our Sites results in our storage of the same in our resume and profile database in the United States. Despite the privacy settings explained above that you control and our own protections of your privacy outlined herein, remember that your submission of a resume to an employer or your posting of your resume to the public database on our Sites exposes any information included in your profile or resume to those that we don’t control. Furthermore, we can’t guarantee how the recipient of your resume will use that information. In addition, once you submit your resume to an employer, we can’t control how the employer or third party uses it. As a result, do not include sensitive information such as social security numbers on your resume. You should also not include in your resume or profile information relating to your (i) racial or ethnic origin (ii) political beliefs (iii) philosophical or religious beliefs (iv) membership of a trade union or political party (v) physical or mental health or biometric details or genetic makeup (vi) addictions or sexual life (vii) the commission of criminal offenses or proceedings and associated penalties or fines, (viii) the commission of any unlawful or objectionable conduct and associated penalties. Should you disclose these matters or your social, you do so at your own risk. Also be mindful of listing references and ensure the reference is aware that they may be contacted by an employer.
IX)No Children Please.
Pursuant to the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998, no person under the age of thirteen (13) shall post, download, or use in any way our Sites for any reason on any device. Our Sites are solely for persons above the age of thirteen (13) and under no circumstances is inviting or attempting to collect any personal information of any person under the age of thirteen (13). Use by a person under the age of thirteen (13) is strictly prohibited.
